Background experience
I am a Clinical Neuropsychologist with experience of working across the lifespan with
individuals with mental and physical health difficulties within the NHS and private practice.
Since completing my doctorate in 2017 I have predominantly focussed within the speciality
of Neuropsychology and thus have expertise in conducting highly specialist assessments
and individually tailored interventions. At present I work full-time in an NHS Neuropsychology
service at Principal level. I have also been working in private practice since 2021 offering a
rehabilitative intervention service and contributing to medico-legal assessment.
I previously worked for 3.5 years as a Senior Clinical Psychologist in a High Secure Hospital.
I have vast experience working therapeutically with children and adolescents in the NHS,
private practice and schools. I am skilled in working therapeutically with individuals with
complex presentations with histories of difficulties with engaging. I am experienced in using
integrated therapeutic approaches in interventions and working systemically to best suit the
individual and those who care for them. I have a great belief in the value of positive
therapeutic relationships and I utilise approaches which give the person a thorough
understanding of their difficulties and what can be done to help.
I am presently able to offer face-to-face appointments and remote video appointments.
