Background experience

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years' experience in the NHS and Private Practice. I offer assessment and evidence-based therapeutic intervention for children and adults experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. I have a special interest in anxiety related issues such as OCD, panic, performance anxiety, and chronic stress/burnout.

My NHS role is within the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital working with young people and families impacted by a health condition or event. I also have signficant experience in supporting athlete mental health, both amateur and professional, across a range of sports such as professional football, tennis and olympic sports.
